Q. Can I take my car anywhere I want?
A. Absolutely! According to Texas law, you have the right to take your vehicle to the body shop of your choice without the harassment of an insurance provider haggling with you over their "preferred, blue ribbon or DRP shops.” Many insurance providers all over the nation are receiving a "kickback" benefit just for referring clients. In return you receive less than perfect workmanship in exchange drastically reduced costs. You and your vehicle deserve the best of service at a price competitive to the industry and also workmanship unsurpassed to our industry. All of which you can expect at Car Guyz Collision Center. We are proud to lead our industry and will continue to exceed the expectations of our customers and community!
Q. Should I get more than one estimate?
A. It is not necessary, nor is it required! Just as you have the right to go where you want to, you also have the right to trust in only one company with their single estimate. At Car Guyz we are confident that you will see the difference even if you do decide to get another estimate, we will still look forward to doing business with you in the future! We are also happy to provide that "second opinion" if needed!
Q. Will you be able to match the original paint?
A. Absolutely! Utilizing the product excellence of Dupont, and our state of the art computerized paint matching system, we are able to access over 100,000 different paint color formulas. This combination provides us with the opportunity to match colors undetectable to the rest of the paint job.
Q. What if I have mechanical problems as a result of my accident?
A. We are proud to have a complete staff of automotive technicians who are fully trained and ASE certified to handle any mechanical problem you may have. Including an auto glass repair specialist, certified A/C technicians and much more, you can complete confidence that we will have your vehicle restored in no time.
Q. Can I get an estimate over the phone?
A. Due to the fact that there are too many circumstances, which come into effect, there is no way to accurately estimate your damages without actually seeing your vehicle. Upon consultation you will receive a computerized estimate for the cost to repair your vehicle. If additional work needs to be done once we begin, you will be notified immediately of those projected costs.
Q. What is a "deductible"? Am I required to pay it?
A. At Car Guyz we offer a deductible forgiveness program of up to $500 auto collision claim over $1500. We will pay up to $500.00 of your insurance claim deductible if the labor damages are estimated at Three times your deductible amount, ( Example. $500.00 Deductible will be covered if damages equal to or over $1500.00 ). In case if the damages do not equate to more than three times your deductible amount we can still offer to waive a portion of your deductible, please call us so we can see what we can do!
Q. I live pretty far. Can you service my car?
A. Absolutely! Car Guyz is proud to serve the entire metroplex & we offer free towing if your vehicle is inoperable or we also can offer you concierge service , where pickup the vehicle and drop off upon completion
